Dr. Robert Gaspar or Bob Gaspar to a lot of people is the Mechanical, Automotive and Materials Engineering Department Chair at the University of Windsor. Aside from holding that position, Dr. Robert Gaspar is also an Associate Professor of the said university. 

The University of Windsor is the southernmost university in Canada and acts as a public comprehensive and research institution.
